This Thursday at the brand new Waste Treatment Plant, the mayor of Venado Tuerto, Leonel Chiarella, headed a new signing of agreements with companies and professional associations of the city that are joining in to collaborate with the “Objective Garbage Dump Closure” campaign.
On this occasion, they committed to work together with the Government of Venado Tuerto, the Commercial, Industrial and Services Center; Regional Center for Development; Circle of Real Estate Brokers of Venado Tuerto and the Region; Circle of Pharmacists; Circle of Veterinarians; Dental Circle; College of Lawyers; College of Architecture and Urbanism; College of Graduates in Economic Sciences; College of Agricultural Engineers; College of Kinesiologists, Physiotherapists and Physical Therapists; College of Professionals in Hygiene, Safety and Occupational Health; COPAIN; CRICEX; and the Rural Society.
“It is very important for us to continue taking these steps. What we are seeking is for it to be a city objective and this type of event allows us to generate social agreements,” said Mayor Leonel Chiarella.
In this regard, he clarified: “We have a clear objective and that is that each and every one of the people of Venado, wherever they go, finds an educational tool that has to do with what we propose as a city.”
And he concluded: “Actions such as the signing of these collaboration agreements are part of a macro project that has to do with generating the awareness that 'we are all in the same boat'. Thank you for being part of this goal that we set for ourselves as a city, which is the closing of the landfill. Together we will achieve it,” Mayor Leonel Chiarella summed up.
